| 摘 要： | 化妆品安全问题越来越受到人们关注,化妆品微生物的快速检测显得尤为重要,但传统检测方法主要是需氧平板计数法,其操作繁琐、检测周期长且灵敏度低.着重介绍几种主要应用在食品行业的细菌总数快速检测技术,包括快速测试片技术、实时定量PCR技术、酶联免疫吸附技术、传感器技术、代谢技术、色谱法等,以期为化妆品微生物的快速检测提供一些参考.
