细菌总数快速检测技术的研究现状

摘    要:化妆品安全问题越来越受到人们关注,化妆品微生物的快速检测显得尤为重要,但传统检测方法主要是需氧平板计数法,其操作繁琐、检测周期长且灵敏度低.着重介绍几种主要应用在食品行业的细菌总数快速检测技术,包括快速测试片技术、实时定量PCR技术、酶联免疫吸附技术、传感器技术、代谢技术、色谱法等,以期为化妆品微生物的快速检测提供一些参考.

Abstract:With more and more people concerning about the safety of cosmetics,rapid microbial detection is becoming particularly important.However,the traditional method is aerobic plate count,it has the characteristics of tedious operation,long detection cycle and low sensitivity.Several rapid detection technologies of total bacteria which were mainly applied in the food industry were introduced,such as petrifilm,real-time quantitative PCR,enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay,biosensor,metabology technique,chromatog...
