| 摘 要： | 介绍了轮胎企业信息化系统三大组成部分（企业资源规划系统ERP、制造执行系统MES、电子商务系统E-Business）的主要功能.详细叙述了ERP系统中的人力资源管理功能和技术管理功能,并说明该系统在传统产业中的价值和作用.通过实践验证,信息化系统给企业带来很高的经济效益,文中给出明确数据.
