| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了苯乙烯小试装置微机监控系统的硬件,软件设计和系统的控制方案及控制算法.采用专家式控制实现了系统的自动开车、自动停车、自动取样及排料等功能.该系统具有自动化水平高和性能指标优良等特点,有一定的推广价值.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the hardware,software,control schemes and control algorithm of the microcomputer supervising control system are introduced on styrene pilot test installation.The auto start up,auto-shutdown,auto-sampling and drawing off are realized by means of expert control.This system has high automation level and good performance targets,therefore it is worth applying widely. |
