活力丧失中的小区设计

从设计的视角出发,分析了规划中的不恰当之处,认为小区活力的丧失是由于设计者“白纸绘图”,忽略人的深层次需求,最后提出建议,其中最重要的是改善户外逗留条件,主要为人文关怀—合理的尺度空间—适宜的绿化设计。

Loss of vitality in the residential design

Analyses the inappropriate contents in the planning from the design perspective,that the loss of the vitality is the result of the designers who like to ＂draw in the white paper＂ and ignore people s deep needs. Finally some suggestions are given,the most important of which is to improve the outdoor conditions of stay that is humanistic concern,reasonable scale,space-suitable green design.
