| 摘 要： | 通过形成演化的宏观背景透视．分析了哈尔滨都市地域圈层化显性的时空潜在约束．诊断了现状总体特征和存在问题．综合集成了哈尔滨都市地域圈层化的支撑系统．构建了哈尔滨都市地域圈层结构包括圈层空间范围结构．产业圈层化结构、空间圈层化结构和交通网络圈层化结构．论述了圈层化过程阶段．提出了哈尔滨都市地域圈层化调控对策措施。

| Abstract: | By seeing through the macro-backgroundon its formation and evolution, the paper analysesthe potential restrains, and diagnoses the compre-hensive characteristic and problems currently, andepitomizes the sustainable systems, and constructscircling structures including range, industry, spaceand transport network structures, and puts forwardsto stages and countermeasures in the process ofspatial circle. |
