摘    要:毛细管电泳中的胶束电动色谱方式是分离中性物质的一种很有效的方法,β-CD广泛地使用在手性对应体的分离中,在CTAB阳离子表面活性剂的作用下,实现了中药里麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的分离,加标回收率93%~10 5 %。

Abstract:Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography ( MECC ) is best effective method for separation nature compounds ,a neutralβ cyclodextrin epichlorhydrin polymer as chiral selectors was widely used to separate enantiomers of chiral compounds with the addition of cationic surfactants cetyltrimethylammol Lonium bromide (CTAB) for(-)-E and(+)-ψE of separation in Chinese herbs, and the recovery is 93%~105%
