石墨形态对铸铁海水腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:分析了相同基体不同石墨形态的铸铁,在天然海水全浸条件下的腐蚀行为及其机理,在海水中片状、球团状石墨的铸铁以较为均匀的全面腐蚀为主。球团状石墨铸铁的点蚀、坑蚀倾向大于片状石墨铸铁,具有最大的腐蚀深度。

Abstract:The corrosion behaviors and mechanisms of cast iron with different graphite morphology in the same matrix under the condition of total immersion in sea water were analyzed. It was showed that cast iron with flaky and spherical graphite had more uniform general corrosion. The tendency of pitting corrosion in cast iron with spherical graphite was more serious than that in cast iron with flaky graphite. Cast iron with spherical grapohite had the maximum corrosion depth.
