| 摘 要： | 能源统计工作虽然经过几次变革,但在有效反映能源经济现象实质,为国家宏观调控和制定能源政策等提供依据方面仍相对滞后。我国的能源统计在统计方法、统计范围、评价指标体系、统计报表和统计力量、统计数据等方面都不能适应现行低碳环保型可持续发展经济模式。可以从能源量、能源效率、能源结构的统计以及能源清洁生产和消耗的相关统计等方面加强我国能源统计的研究和管理。

| Abstract: | Energy statistic mode has reformed several times,but it does not reflect energy economy essence and provide proof for national macro-control and energy policy-making well.Our country＇s energy statistic mode does not adapt to current low-carbon and environmental sustainable economy development mode on statistic way,statistic area,evaluation indicator system,statistic report form,statistic power and statistic data.Our country＇s research and management of energy statistic should be promoted on statistic of energy quantity,energy efficiency,energy structure and energy production and consumption. |
