蓄热式燃烧技术在加热炉上的应用

摘    要:介绍韶钢第五轧钢厂采用蓄热式燃烧技术对加热炉改造的必要性,并对几个方案进行比较和确定,重点介绍蓄热式燃烧技术在五轧厂加热炉应用的难点,以及在原加热炉上应用蓄热式燃烧技术进行改造的内容,总结了蓄热式燃烧技术的应用效果。

Abstract:The necessity of adopting the regenerative combustion process to the soaking furnace of the No.5 Steel Rolling Mill of SISG. is introduced; and several solutions to the process are compared and screened, in order to finally select a proper one. The details of the technical modifications are described, the difficulties with them emphasized, and the merits of this technique summarized.
