摘    要:通过对选矿-拜耳法赤泥性质的研究,以及对国内外现有赤泥分离洗涤工艺流程的分析研究,确立了大型平底高帮沉降槽和深锥沉降槽相结合的赤泥分离洗涤新工艺。生产证明该工艺流程设备运行平稳、技术指标良好,新工艺中的几项技术创新点效果显著,有广阔的应用发展前景。

Abstract:New red mud sedimentation and washing process combining large flat-bottom high-wall thichener and deep cone thichener is developed through the research of red mud nature in the Dressing-Bayer Process and analysis of existing process flow of red mud sedimentation and washing in China and abroad.The production practices prove that the new process flow is stable in operation,better in technical indices and remarkable in practical effect of several technical parts innovated,which shows that the nwe process possesses broad application and development future.
