摘    要:采用水模拟方法研究了有、无浸渍罩情况下CAS-OB钢包内钢水的流场,同时研究了底吹气体流量、底吹位置和浸渍罩插入深度对钢水均匀混合时间的影响.研究结果表明:底吹位置、底吹气体流量、浸渍罩插入深度对均匀混合时间有一定影响,并得到了均匀混合时间与底吹气体流量、底吹位置和浸渍罩插入深度之间的关系.

Abstract:The flow field of CAS-OB with soak pipe and without soak pipe was studied by water model method. The effect s of position of nozzle and inserting depth of soak pipe on mixing time of flow of bottom stirring were also researched. The results show that position of nozzle and depth of soak pipe influence the flow field. The relationship between mixing time and flow of bottom stirring, the position of nozzle and inserting depth of soak pipe is formulized.
