ZnCr2O4湿敏陶瓷工艺研究

摘    要:研究了ZnO不同含量对ZnCr2O4湿敏陶瓷线性度及LiCl,Al2O3,CaCO3掺杂对湿阻特性的影响,实验表明,过量的ZnO可含理可改善陶瓷的线性度,Ca^2 的加入可提高湿敏陶瓷的机械强度,降低烧结温度。

Abstract:How the linear degree of ZnCr 2O 4 humidity-sensitive Ceramic is affected by different content of ZnO,and how the humidity resistance characteristics of the Ceramic are affected by the mixture of LiCl,Al 2O 3 and CaCO 3 are studied.The experimental results give the fact that moderate ratio of ZnO can improve humidity ceramic linearity and the doping of Ca 2+ can raise mechanical strength and drop down the sintering temperature.
