微波辅助提取丁香酚研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助碱液直接蒸馏提取紫丁香中的丁香酚,一次提取物经GC检测丁香酚含量达96.2%,提取率为12.0%,分别比水蒸气蒸馏法高21.7%和14.6%,比普通碱液蒸馏高6.9%和9.2%;用GC-MS与标准样品比较证明组成确定且杂质组成相对简单。结果表明,微波辅助碱液蒸馏法不仅提高了丁香酚的一次提取率,且无有机溶剂残留,有利于进一步开发其高纯产品和生物制剂。

Abstract:Extraction of eugenol from clove buds of Syringa oblata Lindl.by microwave-assisted lye distillation was conducted.The purity of one-step process of microwave-assisted extraction was 96.2% and extraction rate was up to 12.0% checked by GC and GC-MS,with a remarkable increase compared with results of steam distillation process(21.7% and 14.6%) and lye distillation process(6.9% and 9.2%).The results showed one-step extraction efficiency has been evaluated effectively compared with otherwise.GC-MS analysis result also indicated a relatively simple composition of extract,which is considered a favoring factor for a promising low-cost process for further purification.
