1,1,1-三氯乙烷的TiO2光催化降解

摘    要:用自行设计的气固相光催化实验系统,研究催化剂用量、传质扩散、污染物初始浓度、气体相对湿度等因素对1,1,1-三氯乙烷(TCE)TiO2光催化降解的影响。结果表明,加入涂覆了TiO2的铁片使TCE降解率提高了33.7%,风扇的使用没有明显地提高降解率,随污染物初始浓度增加,降解率降低,气体相对湿度为30%时光催化降解率最高。TCE的TiO2光催化降解反应为一级反应。

Abstract:The influencing factors,such as catalyst dosage,gas diffusion,the relative humidity and the initial concentration of the pollutants on the photocatalytic degradation reaction of 1,1,1-trichloroethane(TCE) with TiO_2 as catalyst are investigated by the gas-solid phase photocatalytic experiment system designed for the laboratory.The experimental results indicate that the degradation efficiency is increased by 33.7% with TiO_2-coated steel sheets,but there is unconspicuous effect of fan on the degradation,and the degradation efficiency is decreased with the increase of the initial concentration,the optimal degradation efficiency is achieved at 30% relative humidity.The photocatalytic oxidation reaction of the 1,1,1-trichloroethane(TCE) with TiO_2 as catalyst is accorded with first order reaction kinetics.
