| 摘 要： | 针对我国大多数企业的发生炉煤气站均不设立储气柜,造成煤气产气率低的实际情况,通过对煤气站全天２４ｈ使用流量进行了实际测定,绘制了本企业煤气生产负荷的流量不均衡图．并依此制定了较为合理的实际生产流量指标,大大缩小了煤气生产与使用流量的差别,产气率提高９．６％。炉渣含碳量降低了２０％;降低了原料消耗,节约了能源。

| Abstract: | Most gas stations unsetting gas storage tank in our country, cause the low gas rate. By measuring the using flux 24 hours in a day, drawing the flux disequilibrium chart of gas production in our corporation. Base on the, instituting the comparatively reasonable gas Production flux target. Reducing the antinomy of gas producing-providing; Increasing the gas rate 9.6%. Reducing the carbon contant of slag 20%. Reducing the material consuming; Advancing the gas/coal of gasification.; And saving the energy resource. |
