| 摘 要： | 摘要]计算了138m3PVC聚合釜封头导流板的几何尺寸，按照该尺寸先加工导流板，再在封头上焊接。与原工艺相比，该工艺不但可保证导流板的质量，减轻劳动强度，还可提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | The geometry of guiding plates on 138 m3 PVC polymcrizcr head wcrc computed. According to the geometry, the guiding plates wcrc manufactured, then welded on the head. Com- pared with the original proccss, this process could not only ensure the quality of guiding platcs and reduce the labor intensity, but also improve the production efficiency. |
