| 摘 要： | 锥阀是隔膜泵的关键易损件,提高其使用寿命意义重大。本文阐述了锥阀的工作原理和破坏形式,给出了提高锥阀使用寿命的方法,包括优化结构尺寸以减小冲击破坏,改进材质工艺以降低冲刷破坏,改进导向结构以解决卡阀问题。经过长期的实践检验,锥阀的使用寿命得到显著提高。

| Abstract: | Cone valve is the key vulnerable parts of diaphragm pump,improving its service life is of important significance.The article describes working principle and failure modes of cone valve,then pre-sents method to improve cone valve's service life,including structure size optimization to decrease impact destruction,material technology improvement to reduce erosion damage,guiding structure improvement to solve valve locking.With long-term practical application,service life of cone valve is increased obviously. |
