| Abstract: | The basic characteristics of modern logistics of fresh fruit of vegetable have been briefly discussed from three aspects of production of fruit & vegetable, post-harvest physiology and consuming needs, the principles of fruit & vegetable packaging and multifunction of packaging have been pointed out. The main technological steps of packaging fruit & vegetable, especially the scientific method for choosing the packaging films, have been expounded in detail. The research progresses in preservation packaging for fruit & vegetable have been introduced. |
