粗纱机半封闭锭翼提高纺纱质量的研究

摘    要:针对目前粗纱机用全封闭锭翼空心臂内积存的纱疵非常突出这一问题,提出了半封闭锭翼这一概念。通过对半封闭锭翼与全封闭锭翼、开口锭翼在同等条件下长久的生产对比试验,并针对不同的季节、精梳和普梳的不同品种分别进行了试验,指出全封闭锭翼由于负压得不到相应补充,易产生纱疵和毛羽,而半封闭锭翼能通过有效负压补充,解决普梳纱疵问题,减少精梳纱毛羽。

Abstract:As to the serious problems of yarn defect in the hollow leg of the full closed flyers on the roving frames,idea of semi-closed flyers is put forth for consideration. Through comparison of production with semi- closed, full closed and open flyers under the same condition with varieties of fiber in combing and carding process in different seasons, conclusion is made that the full closed flyers produce defected yarn and fuzzy yarn due to inadeqaute under-pressure while semi-closed flyers solve the under-pressure problem, hence the defected yarn and fuzzy yarn in combing process.
