| 摘 要： | 介绍了梅钢4号烧结机(400m2,环冷机460m2)配套余热锅炉系统的构成和投运情况.针对其运行过程中出现的一些问题,包括工况波动、烟气循环系统设计不合理、环冷系统密封差温降大、设备故障多等,通过一系列工艺调整和设备改造,使之得到了改善.系统产汽由22~28t/h提高到35~42t/h,为企业节能减排做出了贡献.
