| 摘 要： | 泸定水电站的监理工作,在遵循监理规范及监理细则的基础上,吸取其他工程的监理工作经验,结合工程的实际情况,在内部管理、人员准入、质量控制、安全控制、进度管理和工程计量控制等6个方面进行了积极的探索与实践,取得了良好的效果.
