| Abstract: | This paper summarizes Henan, analyzes the ＂nuclear leakage＂ the event of radioactive source blocked in Qi County, rumor that led to the public run away from the county current management of radiation safety problems, especially the government information Province , and the disclosure work. Finally the author puts forward some effective suggestion. |
