| 摘 要： | 文章针对建筑施工企业计划管理中的机械设备及人员配置问题，综合应用现代管理方法中的系统仿真技术和整数规划方法，根据机械故障、人员缺勤等不确定因素进行系统仿真，建立相应的数学模型，合理配置机械、人员资源，使企业在现有条件下获得最大的产量。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the comprehensive application of modern management methods to planning management is studied, and based on the system simulation technique and integer programming method the maximum production planning model is established with the indefinite factors of mechanical failure and personnel absence from duty.The model is proved effective by its application to some construction enterprises. |
