摘    要:以空气-CO2-NaOH为系统,研究了多孔波纹板错流旋转床的流体力学和传质性能。实验结果表明:在相近的操作条件下,多孔波纹板错流旋转床的压降与文献丝网错流旋转床的相近,不足逆流床的十分之一;体积传质系数分别比文献丝网错流旋转床高0.95—1.47倍,比逆流旋转床略低,比传统气液传质设备高1—2个数量级。多孔波纹板错流旋转床填料具有传质效率高、压降低、动平衡性好等优点。

Abstract:Hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics were studied based on air-CO_2-NaOH system.The experimental results show that gas pressure drop is similar to cross-flow rotating bed with wire-gauze packing and no more than tenth of countercurrent rotating bed,and the volumetric mass-transfer coefficient is 0.95-1.47 times higher than that in cross-flow rotating bed with wire-gauze packing,slightly less than the countercurrent rotating bed and 1-2 orders of magnitude higher than the conventional gas-liquid mass-transfer equipment under the same operational condition,respectively.Therefore,cross-flow rotating bed with protruded ripple plate packing have many merits of higher mass transfer efficiency,lower pressure drop and better kinetic balance.
