硫化矿预防炸药自爆技术的改进及应用

摘    要:以几个硫化矿炸药自爆问题的现场试验研究为基础 ,分析了炸药自爆的危害性及其原因 ,提出了炸药自爆的简化判据以及简便实用准确的检测方法。基于这种判据和方法 ,采取了“分区治理”的防止炸药自爆措施。本研究成果的应用不仅可取得巨大的社会效益和经济效益 ,而且对硫化矿炸药自爆理论及预防措施深入研究 ,也具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the in situ experiments on explosive's self initiation (ESI) in several sulphurous mines, the mechanism and harm of ESI are analyzed. Furthermore, a simplified criterion of ESI and a simple, practical and accurate method to test an ore sample are proposed. And according to these, the method of preventing ESI, that is, separately administering different areas, is provided. All of these can produce great benefits of economy and society. They also prove to be useful in the theoretical research and the study of preventive measures of ESI in sulphurous mines.
