摘    要:以城市生活垃圾为堆肥原料,进行了20d的垃圾渗滤液微生物循环接种强化堆肥试验,堆肥过程中采用时间温度反馈来控制通风量,力图通过测定堆肥体系中碳素以及凯氏氮、氨氮、硝态氮含量的动态分布,分析碳素和氮素的迁移转化规律。试验结果表明:采用垃圾渗出液微生物循环接种强化技术的堆肥体系接种组温度可维持在较高水平,pH可稳定在7.0左右,有机质降解加快,对碳素和氮素的形态分析表明:对照组总有机碳和碳氮比波动较大,而接种组下降趋势更为明显,高温条件下的氨气挥发是导致氮素损失的主要原因。

Transfer of Carbon and Nitrogen in Enhanced Composting with Refuse Leachate Microbe Circulating Inoculation

Abstract:A 20-day enhanced composting with refuse leachate microbe circulating inoculation test was performed in bench scale using municipal domestic waste as raw materials.Ventilation was regulated via time & temperature feedback mechanism during the composting.The development trend of transfer and transformation of carbon and nitrogen was analyzed based on the determination of the dynamic distribution of carbon and content of Kjeldahl nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the composting system.It was found that temperature of the composting system(inoculation team) using refuse leachate microbe circulating inoculation enhancement technology is maintained at higher level,pH at 7.0 with slight fluctuation.Moreover,the degradation of organic materials was accelerated manifestly.The morphological analysis demonstrated that the total organic carbon and C/N ratio of two composting systems with and without inoculum fluctuated significantly;however lower level was achieved in that with inoculum.In addition,the volatilization of ammonia at high temperature was the chief reason that caused the loss of total nitrogen.
