| 摘 要： | 利用分光光度法测定苹果酒中的高级醇，检测波长477nm，以标准曲线法定量，测得相对标准偏差为2．0313，回收率为103．632％，具有操作简便、快捷、精密度好、准确度高的特点。

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometry was applied in the determination of higher alcohols in cider: determination wavelength as 477 nm, quantification by standard curve method, relative standard deviation measured as 2.0313, and recovery rate as 103.632 %.
