分光光度法测定苹果酒中的高级醇

摘    要:利用分光光度法测定苹果酒中的高级醇,检测波长477nm,以标准曲线法定量,测得相对标准偏差为2.0313,回收率为103.632%,具有操作简便、快捷、精密度好、准确度高的特点。

Abstract:Spectrophotometry was applied in the determination of higher alcohols in cider: determination wavelength as 477 nm, quantification by standard curve method, relative standard deviation measured as 2.0313, and recovery rate as 103.632 %.
