基于虚拟仪器的弹簧质量检测系统

摘    要:针对传统弹簧检测方法的不足,开发了基于机器视觉的弹簧质量检测系统。该系统以LabVIEW为平台,结合线阵CCD采集弹簧展开图像进行图像处理和分析,实现了对弹簧表面缺陷的识别和尺寸测量。采用Zernike正交矩方法对弹簧图像进行边缘定位,得到亚像素级的弹簧长度、线径、节距值。试验表明,该系统检测速度快、精度高、可靠性更强。

Abstract:The spring quality inspection system was developed based on machine vision against the disadvantages of traditional inspect methods.This system was designed on LabVIEW platform,which completed the spring surface defect detection and spring measurement.First,acquired spring extending images by linear CCD,then processed and analyzed these images.Zernike moment was used to locate spring dimension at sub-pixel accuracy,such as spring length,wire diameter and pitch.Experiments show that this system has fast inspection speed,high accuracy and high reliability.
