关于台州市实施农村饮用水工程的思考

农村饮用水工程是浙江省“五大百亿”工程的组成部分，也是摆在水利工作和农村工作首位的民生工程、民心工程、实事工程、德政工程，切实保障千万农民饮用水工程的顺利实施意义重大．台州市农村饮用水水质经抽样检测总合格率偏低，因此，通过合理配置水资源，建立健全多元化投融资体制，坚持多种发展模式和运行管理制度，探索与台州市经济发展和新农村建设相协调的农村饮用水建设和管理新路子意义重大．

Rural Drinking Water Project in Taizhou

Rural drinking water project is one of the key projects in Zhejiang Province which is also the base of building a new socialist countryside.This paper aims to explore an effective pattern of rural drinking water development and management by dispatching the water resources,setting up multivariate financing system and sticking to manifold development and management patterns,coordinating with economic development of Taizhou,where the acceptable quality of drinking water is always on the low side.
