摘    要:研究了数字图像处理技术检测大米加工精度的方法,选择R-B值作为特征参数,建立了测定方法.在大米未经染色的情况下,可以快速、客观检测大米加工精度.

Abstract:A digital image analysis method for rice milling degree was developed by selecting R - B value as the characteristic parameter. The study result indicates that the method can measure rice milling degree fast and objectively provided the rice is not dyed.
