基于DSP的无速度传感器矢量控制系统设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于DSP,MCU和IPM的交流变频调速系统,该系统由独立的电源模块、操作面板、控制板和功率板组成。操作面板与控制板之间利用扩展的异步串行口实现通讯,介绍了其硬件、软件及通讯协议设计方法,以及操作面板功能参数设置流程。结合感应电动机在两相静止坐标系上的数学模型及扩展卡尔曼滤波器算法,实现了对感应电动机的无速度传感器矢量控制。实验表明该系统造价低廉、精度较高、工作稳定可靠,完全可以满足科研教学和实际生产的需要。

Abstract:This paper presents a velocity modulation system of AC transformer based on DSP,MCU and IPM,which consists of power module,operation panel,control board and power amplifier board.Extended UART is used for the communications between the operation panel and control board,while its hardware,software and communication protocol,as well as parameter setting methods of the keypad is also introduced.With induction motor model on the stationary reference frame,and enxtended Kalman filter algorithm,speed sensorless vector control of induction motor is carried out.The experiment indicates that this low cost system could provide high accuracy and working stability,it is suitable for scientific research and industry production.
