| Abstract: | Bottled natural mineral water becomes the expending fashion for its natural and special healthy quality.In 2000,the bottled water actual output surpassed the carbonic drink for the first time.But as a result of many reasons,mineral water microorganism exceeding standard and precipitation were prominent.This article has discussed some problems appeared in the processing technology and production, and provided the reference for the mineral water industrialization production. |
