广交会大厦分段渐变翻搭悬挑外架施工技术

摘    要:针对广交会大厦东西面平面尺寸分别向内向外渐变的扭变外形,采用了分段渐变翻搭悬挑式外脚手架施工技术,解决了目前传统使用的整体拉吊卸荷或悬挑卸荷式外脚手架及附着式升降外爬架等均难以满足建筑施工要求的技术难题.重点介绍悬挑外架的构造设计,通过分段变化悬挑承力架的悬挑尺寸,将扭变外形的外架搭设转变为直线形搭设.另外指出悬挑外架安全控制以及主要施工工艺,包括悬挑承力型钢安装、斜拉承力钢索安装、架体搭设等.

Abstract:Due to the outer size gradient outspreading of CIEF Building,a new technology of reinstalling cantilever scaffold with sectional gradual change is applied. At present,traditional use of the total unloading or cantilever relieving scaffold and external lifting scaffold are difficult to solve the problem of external scaffold,but the new one can solve it.
