| 摘 要： | 针对当前洗车方式存在的许多缺点，通过对自动洗车系统的结构、控制系统进行研究，介绍了自动洗车系统的总体构造、PLC选型、I／O点的确定、系统电路设计，描述了该系统的硬件实现与控制程序设计思路。说明了如何利用PLC功能实现自动洗车的自动定位、自动过行程保护等的自动化过程，给出部分重要程序。实践结果证明，PLC控制系统具有控制灵活、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠、维护方便等优点。
