| 摘 要： | 利用燃油掺水乳化技术 ,提高混合燃油中渣油的比例 ,改善高渣油含量条件下混配燃油的性质 ,改善锅炉工况十分必要。介绍了燃油掺水乳化技术在油田注汽锅炉上的应用现状 ,提出了改造方案 ,对注气锅炉应用乳化燃油进行了经济评价 ,改造后可综合节约燃料费 1 4 3 .7万元 ,投资回收期为 2个月

| Abstract: | It's necessary to increase ratio of residual oil in mixed fuel by fuel water emulsification technology so as to improve quality of emulsified fuel with high content of residual oil and the boiler's operation conditions as well.The current application situation of fuel water emulsification technology used in vapor injecting boilers in oil fields is mentioned.The modification plans are put forwards,and the application of emulsified fuel is evaluated.A sum of RMB 1437 million yuan of fuel cost can be saved after revamping,and the period for returns on an investment is 2 months. |
