地热供暖系统板式换热器的优化设计

摘    要:重点分析了板式换热器在地热供暖系统中材料、单片面积、流程、流道、流体流速等选取的原则;在综合考虑技术、经济、环境效益及节能的基础上,论述了对板式换热器优化设计的方法。指出了影响优化设计结果的几种因素。并对设计结果与实际工程的应用情况进行了比较与分析。研究结果表明,此方法可对换热器进行较好的优化设计。

Abstract:This paper discussed the design criteria of material selection,the area of single unit,flow path,flow rate of a plate heat exchanger (PHE)in a geothermal heating system.For obtaining an optimized design of PHE,a computer aided design tool was developed and the existing technology,economics and environment impact and energy efficiency are taken into account.From the calculation,some factors,which affect the design optimization,are pointed out.The design parameters are compared with the data tested in a practical application.Comparison results showed that this design tool does work.
