摘    要:为解决低负荷运行对空压机带来的损害问题,同时统计高压风的用量,本文用计算机根据空压机负荷的大小,再通过变频器调整其转速,给出了一个可行的解决方案,并同时完成了高压风用量的统计。

Abstract:Damage may happen to compressor when it runs with low load.To solve this problem and to be able to record the consumption of high-pressure air at the same time,a method is introduced that is:the speed of compressor is adjusted according to its load using computer technique and device of frequency variation.In this way,the consumption of high-pressure air is also recorded at the same time.
