摘    要:文章在母材验证分析和焊材性能验证分析的基础上,进行斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹冷裂敏感性试验,从工艺上和使用上分析QJ60钢选用E6015碱型焊条,采用手工电弧焊方法焊接时的冷裂倾向和钢材的焊接性,得出QJ60钢选用E6015碱型焊条采用手工电弧焊焊接时,其冷裂倾向小,焊接性良好;采用大焊接线能量焊接QJ60钢,不利于提高焊接接头的综合机械性能;实际生产中应综合考虑生产效率和该钢的综合机械性能,选用合适的焊接线能量。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of basic material and welding material, Y - slit cold cracking tendency test is carried out. Then, the weldability of steel QJ60 chosen E5015 welding rod, adopting handcraft electric, is analyzed from the technology and application. The following conclusion is achieved: the weldability is good, and cold cracking tendency is less; but if higher heat - input is adopted in welding steel QJ60, it doesn't do good to the general mechanical capability.
