高职院党委应坚持教学工作的中心地位

高职院党委的主要职责是抓好党建工作，把学院发展作为第一要务，关键是学院内涵的提升，教学质量的提高，培养出更多更好的适应社会主义市场经济建设需要的人才。因此，高职院党委必须坚持教学工作中心地位，组织高职院党员干部和教师学习“三个代表”重要思想，树立教学质量意识，实施教学质量战略，转变教学质量思想，更新教学质量观念，开展教学质量调研，制定教学质量机制，扎扎实实把教学质量搞上去。

Party Committee of Higher Vocational Colleges Should Consider Teaching as the Central Task

The main responsibilities of party committee of higher vocational colleges is to do well in party building, to consider the development of college as the first task and the crux of the matter is to promote connotation of the college and upgrade teaching quality. Only by doing these, could we cultivate the more and the better qualified personnel. Thus, party committee of higher vocational colleges should consider teaching as the central task, organize the party members and teaching staff to master the spirit of the Three Represents, establish the consciousness of teaching quality, implement the strategy of evaluating teaching quality, change the idea of evaluating teaching quality, renew the concept of teaching quality, develop the investigate and study of teaching, frame the mechanism of judging teaching, and enhance teaching quality step by step.
