| 摘 要： | 本文讨论质量特性值随时间偏移的质量控制方法，提出一种新的离差控制图Ｓ＊２图，与趋势Ｘ图联合使用可以有效地对质量特性值随时间偏移的生产过程控制，本文还提出了最佳调整间隔的优化模型，并用近似计算方法借助于计算机编写的程序求最优解，最后以一实例说明它的应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a quality control technique with the quality Characteristics shifting with time is discussed.A new variance control chart,S *2 chart is proposed.If S *2 chart joints with trend chart ,it can be used to control the process which exists quality characteristics shifting with time efficiently.The optimum model of adjustment interval is also proposed.The optimal solution is obtained by the computer.Finally,an example is given to illustrate its application. |
