摘    要:对黄太平果这种具有地方优势的水果进行深加工,一方面可以增加果农收入,另一方面能增加企业的经济效益,同时又给果酒市场增加了新的花色品种。黄太平果具有很大的开发潜力,该文主要介绍了用黄太平果酿制果酒的技术。

Abstract:Further process of Huangtaiping, a preponderant local fruit, can increase income of fruit growers and economic benefits of enterprise. It can also increase the variety of fruit wine. The development potency of Huangtaiping is very large. In this paper the brewing technology of Huangtaiping fruit wine was mainly studied.
