摘    要:本文应用流变学理论,建立了壁面滑移时磨料流在圆管中的壁滑流动模型。利用所建模型推导了磨料在圆管流动中的壁面压力和壁面滑动速度公式,建立了磨料黏弹性与壁滑速度间的关系。通过实验分析了磨料黏温特性对磨削效果的影响。结果表明:磨料的黏弹性对壁滑速度的影响较大,当黏度低于一定数值时,磨料的壁滑速度为零;温升导致黏度的降低是影响磨削效果的主要原因之一。

Abstract:The model of wall sliding during abrasive flow machining in circular tube was presented based on the rheological theory. The formula for wall pressure and sliding velocity of abrasive medium in the circular tube was established and the relation between abrasive viscoelasticity and wall sliding velocity was presented. The influence of abrasive viscoelasticity on grinding effect was analyzed. The results showed that the abrasive viscoelasticity has an obvious effect on the wall sliding velocity, and the wall sliding velocity will drop down to zero when the viscosity of abrasive is less than a certain value.
