HP863中速磨煤机磨制褐煤的试验研究

摘    要:利用HP863中速磨煤机进行磨制褐煤的试验,研究了褐煤全水分、煤粉分离器折向挡板开度、磨辊间隙、一次风量及磨煤机出力等因素对煤粉细度的影响。结果表明,煤粉细度随煤粉分离器折向挡板开度的增大而变小,随磨辊间隙及磨煤机出力的增加而变大;褐煤全水分对煤粉细度的影响很大,对磨煤机的出力起决定性作用。HP863中速磨煤机磨制褐煤的最大出力可以达到34 t/h,并且在保证干燥出力的情况下可以磨制高水分褐煤。
