| 摘 要： | 借助商业软件procast研究了不锈钢双辊铸轧过程中各相关主要工艺因素对辊-板系统温度场的影响，建立了辊-板系统传热规律的基本方程，揭示了不锈钢双辊铸轧过程中辊-板系统温度场的变化规律和传热的基本规律，为制定不锈钢双辊铸轧工艺打下了基础。

| Abstract: | The influences of the each related technological elements to the system temperature field in the twin-roll casting process of stainless steel by the commercial software-procast were researched in this text. The basic equation of the heat transfer rule of roll-strip system was built. And the variation rule of the temperature field and the basic rule of heat transfer of roll-strip system in the twin-roll casting process of stainless steel were disclosed. Those works will become the base to establish the twin-roll casting of stainless steel technology. |
