基于UC3842开关稳压电源的设计

摘    要:开关电源是一种效率很高的电源变换电路,通过对Boost型开关电源作详细的数学推导后得到准确数据。该系统包括整流滤波模块、DC-DC变换模块、过流保护及人机接口模块,以DC-DC变换器作系统的核心。采用UC3842作开关电源控制芯片,开关管采用耐高压,导通电阻很小的MOSFET管IRF640。输出滤波电路中用LC构成的型网络,同时输出采用单片机采样系统,可显示当前的电流和电压,且通过采样电流实现过流保护功能。

Abstract:Switching mode power is a high efficiency power,There is a detailed analysis to direct at Boost style of switching mode power.The DC-DC module is the core of the entire system.we choose the UC3842 and a barotolerance and low Ron MOSFET IRF640 as the switch.At the Output port, we use a filter making up of a Pi circuit of LC.Also,We use a MCU to sample the Voltage of the output,then the output current and output voltage could be displayed.Using the sampled current, current foldback function can be achieved.
