矿用电动轮自卸车四自由度模型的平顺性仿真分析

摘    要:为研究矿用电动轮自卸车的平顺性,建立了包括人体(驾驶员)模型在内的矿用电动轮自卸车四自由度平顺性系统模型.以前后桥的加速度信号为输入,输出是人体垂直方向加速度.利用MATLAB/Simulink对某大型矿用电动轮自卸车的平顺性进行仿真分析,结果表明:人体的频率主要集中在20~30Hz范围内,振动强度处于0~0.6m.s-2的范围,若前后悬架刚度降低20%,人体最大加速度减小至0.3m.s-2,功率谱密度响应能量降低一半,最大响应对应的频率也稍有减小,能改善车辆的平顺性.
