摘    要:随着电力电子设备在电力系统中的广泛应用,谐波污染已成为电能质量所关注的重要问题之一,本文介绍了一种基于双CPU的新型谐波监测控制器,该装置既能对电压电流的各次谐波和其他的电能质量参数实现在线监测和显示,通过控制滤波器消除有害谐波,又能通过USB模块实现检测数据的历史记录和海量存储。文中主要阐述了它的基本原理和软件、硬件结构,讨论了软件和硬件上的抗干扰措施。通过与RTDS(实时数字仿真系统)的联调,验证了该控制器的良好性能。

Abstract:With the wide application of modern power electronic equipment in power systems, harmonic pollution has become one of the most important problems of power quality. The author presents a novel harmonic monitoring and measuring controller based on double CPU. This apparatus can not only accomplish the displaying and testing of all harmonics of voltage, current and any other power quality parameters, but also can achieve the history record and massive storage of testing results. The basic principle, software, hardware structure of this equipment are descnibed and the measures of anti-jamming are discussed. By combined test with RTDS, the good performance of this controller is proved.
