摘 要: | 以4-氨基吡啶为原料,在适量的15%(质量分数)硫酸溶液中,采用过量的10%(质量分数)的亚硝酸钠为重氮化剂,在30~50°C左右进行重氮化反应,重氮液在NaOH溶液中水解后合成4-羟基吡啶,采用连续逆流萃取得到提纯产物,产物的收率可达93%左右。

Preparation of 4-Hydroxypyridine |

Abstract: | 4 Hydroxypyridine was prepared by diazotization of 4 aminopyridine, dissolving in 15% sulfuric acid solution. The diazonium reagent for this process was a NaNO2 solution in excess of about 10%. The appropriate temperature of diazotization is 30~50°C, followed by an alkaline hydrolysis process in NaOH solution. Thus, 4 hydroxypyridine was gained together with sodium sulfate. To purify the 4 hydroxypyridine needs a special refluxing equipment for extraction. With such a simpler and mild conditioned preparation 4 hydroxypyridine of high quality was synthesized, and the yield could be satisfied as high as 93% or so. |
