| 摘 要： | 介绍了电能质量综合评估的背景，并在此基础上提出了常用的评估方法。利用概率和矢量代数相结合的方法，通过实例分析，阐明了这种方法能够较好地反映电气化铁路电能质量的实际情况，指出该方法评估过程简单易懂，能够较好地和所学理论进行有机结合，并在本阶段得到了广泛应用。
