摘    要:为了将自抗扰控制算法应用于有源电力滤波器,研究了基于DS1104控制板的并联型有源电力滤波器的硬件设计和控制算法实现问题。选定智能功率模块(IPM)为有源电力滤波器的主电路之后,给出了系统硬件的总体结构和布局。采用DS1104控制板,可以直接利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,设计系统的自抗扰控制框图,并能将控制框图自动转换成源代码,下载到DSP中运行,实现系统的自抗扰控制。实验结果验证了硬件实现方式的正确性,并且由于DS1104的卓越性能和友好的工作界面,可以简化系统的实现、降低设计成本。

Abstract:In order to realize the auto-disturbance rejection control (ADRC) strategy in active power filters (APF), this paper expounds the implementation of the hardware design and control strategy of shunt APF based on DS1104 R&D control board. The intelligent power module (IPM) is taken as the solid-state component of the APF. Then, the overall structure and layout are illustrated in the paper. After that, the technical details of DS1104 are given. The ADRC strategy of the experimental system is realized by MALAB/Simulink. The software of DS1104 can generate the code from the block diagram model automatically and download the code to target hardware directly to implement hardware-in-the-loop(HIL). Experimental results show the feasibility of the hardware. DS1104 provides an easy-use, integrated environment to design quickly without lengthy hand coding and debugging.
